All orders above $1,000 receive free shipping. All orders below $1,000 will be subject to a $120 delivery fee.

Coverage Area

We deliver to all of Hong Kong! That includes HK Island, Kowloon, New Territories (except country parks) Lantau Island and the Outlying Islands.

Are there any areas within Hong Kong that you don't deliver to?

We are unable to deliver within country parks.

If I live in a walk-up building can you still deliver to me?

Yes! During check-out you will see a a notes block where you can leave us a message. Leaving a note like "door code 1234" will enable our delivery team to leave your wine at your door without you having to worry about sitting around waiting for it to arrive. If you live in a walk-up building that has an entrance door with a key than you will need to be at home to receive the delivery.

Do you ship outside Hong Kong?

No, unfortunately not. We currently only service areas within Hong Kong.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays.

When will my order arrive?

For customers in HK Island, Kowloon & New Territories - If your order was placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday, or before midday on Saturday then it will be delivered the next business day. If your order was placed after 3pm, Monday to Friday, or after midday on Saturday then it will take two business days to arrive.

For customers on Lantau & the Outlying Islands - Your order will be shipped via SF Express and will take 2/3 days to deliver.

Can I track my order?

For customers in HK Island, Kowloon & New Territories - Our warehouse delivery team does not offer a tracking service, if you'd like to follow up on your delivery then please reach out to us on info@springbokwines.com

For customers on Lantau & the Outlying Islands your order will be shipped with SF Express and a tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation.

Are there any days you don't deliver?

Our warehouse is closed over Sundays, Public Holidays. The warehouse will also be closed in the event of a T8 weather warning being issued.

Quality Assurance

We take many precautions every step of the way to ensure your boutique South African wine arrives at your door step in peak drinking condition.

What if one of my bottles is damaged or corked?

This does happen from time to time, wine is after all a natural product. If you feel one of your bottles is corked or it was damaged during delivery reach out to us and let us know. We will replace it with a new bottle during your next order no questions asked.
